Damages & Shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
To initiate a return, please call our offices at 800-413-3913.
A customer service representative will issue you an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
All returns must include a copy of the invoice, and the RMA# should be written on the invoice and on the box.
Exceptions to the Return Policy:
- Non-Stock & Special Order items are not returnable under any circumstances.
- Multiple units of the same open item will not be credited unless deemed defective by the manufacturer.
- Handpieces & Small Equipment are not returnable.
